Bob Ward has more than 34 years experience in agricultural business. He began his career as an economist for the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture. Since then, he has held management positions for cooperatives, private companies, and LLCs, including general manager and CEO positions. He has management experience in refined fuels, propane, convenience stores, retail farm and ranch stores, agronomy, livestock feed and nutrition, dairies, transportation, and grain. His business experience has been with organizations in Wisconsin, Oregon, and Kansas. He now serves as United Prairie Ag’s chief executive officer.

  Warren Devore has more than 24 years of agricultural business experience. His previous positions include serving as a co-op general manager in Texas and Oklahoma and as a location manager for an international grain company. He joined United Prairie Ag as agronomy department manager before being promoted to chief operations officer in 2006.

  Jerry Byrnes has more than 30 years of agricultural business experience. His experience includes serving as a division controller for a Fortune 500 company and for a large poultry processing firm. He was corporate controller for a regional, privately-owned grain/fertilizer company. Jerry also has served as chief financial officer (CFO) for a large flour miller and two ethanol companies. He now serves as United Prairie Ag’s CFO.

  David Gaddis began his career in the grain business in 1979, with a family-owned elevator in Elk City, OK. He has managed elevators in Oklahoma, Kansas, and Nebraska and has worked for major private companies in the Midwest. He is a registered commodity futures broker. David has traded grain in most major markets in the U.S, but says he enjoys the contacts with local farmers the most. David believes that experience combined with the proper tools helps United Prairie Ag better serve its customers. He serves as UPA’s grain manager.

  Craig White has worked in the agriculture industry for 14 years. He began his career as an agronomic consultant with an international company. He was soon promoted to agronomy retail sales for the company’s largest retail location. Craig then joined United Prairie Ag as sales manager and, within a year, was promoted to his current position as agronomy manager.
